Isabel set up the Sanctuary Crisis Intervention Hub CIC as a community-based company to help those in Crisis, this service is available 24/7 with face-to-face interaction offering a safe space for those who need it. We felt it was so very important to be able to offer some support for our clients as we know how difficult it can be to begin this journey, so we are proud to be working with Isabel and her team of trained volunteers.

Welcome to the Sanctuary Crisis Intervention Hub and Reflexions Therapy Service.
The Sanctuary has 2 safe spaces on Portland where they provide solutions with the aim of helping overcome mental health difficulties, reduce anxiety and help improve resilience.
Reflexions Therapy Services is an affordable alternative to the long waiting lists and provides an extensive range of services suitable for all face-to-face or online.
