Here at Rock Rose Cleaning we fully understand the loss of a loved one is a deeply difficult one to deal with. We are an experienced family-based team that will handle the clean-up with compassion and respect.
It is a common misconception that cleaning after an unattended death is handled by the emergency services but it's the responsibility of the loved ones or landlords. This is why it's important to use professionals due to the possibility of bodily fluids which can carry bloodborne viruses such as HIV, Tuberculosis Hep B and C.
An unattended death clean-up is treated with utmost care and total respect, sometimes items of furniture may be removed including carpets and flooring but we will do this with minimal disruption so we can restore as much as possible so the property can be returned back to you.
